Terms and conditions of sale
Article 1: Access rights
All participants must read the rules and regulations posted at the entrance of the park, available on our website www.celtaventures.com or available upon request by phone.
Article 2: Rights of exclusion
Celt’Aventures reserves the right to exclude any person whose behavior does not comply with the internal rules. These rules are posted at the entrance of the park, available on our website www.celtaventures.com or by phone.
Article 3: Individual Reservation
If the client is late by more than half an hour, Celt’Aventures cannot guarantee the reservation of the equipment. The client will have to wait for the availability of the equipment. The client will not be entitled to any reimbursement from the park, but a credit note may be offered and a reservation made for a future date.
Modification of the reservation by the customer:
If the client wishes to modify the date and time of the event, he/she must notify us at least 48 hours before the initial date. If possible, Celt’Aventures will do its best to find another date. If by any chance no date can be found, no refund can be claimed by the client.
Cancellation by the client:
If the client wishes to cancel while the park is in operation, no refund will be given.
Modification or cancellation by Celt’Aventures:
Celt’Aventures reserves the right to cancel any reservation in the event of inclement weather or emergency park maintenance and to reschedule. If Celt’Aventures is forced to cancel the activity before the client has had a chance to start the activity, the client will be offered a rescheduled activity. If an alternative date cannot be found, Celt’Aventures will reimburse the customer the full amount of the activity. If the activity is cancelled after the client has been able to participate in the activity for at least two hours, the client will not be entitled to a refund, credit note or compensation.
Article 4: Particular case of the reservations by Internet
Functioning: The Internet user selects the time and the day of his visit to the park and pays by credit card the total amount of the service by secure payment. After payment, the user receives an acknowledgement of receipt that allows him to come to the park.
The Celt’Aventures park will then reserve the necessary equipment for the client at the chosen date and time.
The acknowledgement of receipt serves as confirmation. No other mail will be sent to the client.
The internet reservation ensures that the client will receive the equipment at the time he/she chooses. In no case does the internet reservation constitute a cut-off point at the ticket office, which remains an obligatory passage for the delivery of the activity bracelets and for the settlement of the reservation.
Absence of withdrawal period: According to article L.121-20-4, 2° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in terms of distance selling is not applicable to contracts for the sale of accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services which must be provided on a specific date or according to a specific period.
Article 5: Special conditions for groups and communities
For each request, we establish an estimate which is sent to the customer by e-mail. The total amount of the service is calculated according to the estimated number of participants on the day of the service. The customer sends back by mail or by post this estimate with its good for agreement accompanied if necessary by the purchase order for the payments via administrative order.
If another group shows up on the same date and the number of participants does not allow the two groups to be combined, the group that requested the first one will be contacted so that it can return the signed estimate within 7 days, failing which the desired date cannot be guaranteed (and will therefore be granted to group n°2). Group number 1 will be offered a new quote for another date.
Once the signed quote is returned, the reservation is blocked on our schedule.
Cancellation or important modification of the number of participants:
Due to the client:
Any request for cancellation of the visit less than 30 days before will result in an invoice of 30% of the amount of the estimate.
In case of absence of half or more of the planned number of participants, the billing will be based on the number of participants present + 30% of the absent participants.
Due to Celt’aventures:
Celt’Aventures reserves the right to cancel any reservation in case of bad weather or emergency maintenance of the park and to change the date. If Celt’Aventures is forced to cancel the activity before the client has had a chance to start the activity, the client will be offered a rescheduled activity. If an alternative date cannot be found, Celt’Aventures will reimburse the customer the full amount of the activity. If the activity is cancelled after the client has been able to participate in the activity for at least two hours, the client will not be entitled to a refund, credit note or compensation.
Payment of the invoice:
Most of the time, the payment is made by bank transfer or by money order. The Celt’aventures park will send the invoice on the same day after the visit, after adjusting the number of participants to the expected number of participants.
The payment must be made at the latest on D+7 upon receipt of the invoice.
Arrival and departure times: For organizational reasons and in order to give groups the best possible welcome, we ask that you respect the time of arrival at the park mentioned in the estimate (generally 15 minutes before the doors open to the public).
In case of delay, the organizer must inform the park Celt’aventures by phone (0613088700).
Article 6: Orders and products services
If the reservation is attached to a catering service, and / or a partner service (magician, counter, musician etc. ..) the notice period in case of cancellation is set at 7 days threshold below which the deposit of 30% will be non-refundable.
